- The special ingredient: most training programmes focus just on the “job”. But our work has shown us that long-term success is about more than that. Part of an individual’s success at work comes from how happy and fulfilled they are in their lives away from the office. So all our events take a bit of time to challenge your guys to behave a bit differently in the evenings and at weekends. Here are some of the things that people typically do as a result of working with us:
- they create and follow a plan to clear any personal debt, then
- start saving for something special, like
- moving out of their parents house and getting their own place, or
- going on a special holiday
- they go back to doing some of the things they used to enjoy doing but no longer do – like sport, dancing or music
- they start doing the things they talk about doing but have never actually got round to doing
- they spend a bit more time with people who are important to them – rather than slumping in front of the TV with a glass of wine and a Pot Noodle every night
This really is the special ingredient which most training programmes miss. If you have a group of people who are happy and fulfilled at home, then it’s amazing the level of energy and determination they bring in to the office tomorrow morning.
